The verse:

Jesus went to Capernaum and he started to teach
In a house people gathered there to hear him preach
There were quite a lot of people and the house was filled
And the words Jesus taught there had the people thrilled

Then His followers there had a real special plan
To bring to the Lord a weakened palsied man
They believed in the master and their faith was spurred
For they knew He could heal by the power of His word

There was just no room to bring the weakened fellow in
So a team of four to the roof did carry him
There they let him down, he before the Savior lay
And the people listened closely to words that He did say

Then the Savior did speak, and said “Son be of good cheer
Thy sins be forgiven thee” were words he said so clear
Scribes and Pharisees listened and to them it surely seemed
That the man that they heard talking surely had blasphemed

They did wonder of his workings and how he could live
For they knew that only God could all his sins forgive
Then the Lord felt the evil they did think in their hearts
And he asked them all a question that would test their arts.

He asked them which was easier for Him to say
“Thy sins be forgiven” or “arise and walk” today
“But that ye may know that the Son of Man has power”
On earth to forgive sins,” from this work he did not cower

Then he turned to the palsied man, to him did talk
Saying now, “Arise, take up thy bed and walk”
Then he told him he should travel back into his home
And the man quickly obeyed and did begin to roam

Then the crowd was all amazed at what the Lord had done
With His faith the man was healed and on his feet could run
He had shown he could forgive and heal in that same hour
He possessed and also utilized his priesthood power
