The verse:
Then the people brought the children down for Jesus to bless
And the children knew
That He cared for every one of them, not one child less
And His love was true
His disciples bade the crowd to take the children away
From the master's face
Cause they thought he had no time for them upon this day
It was not the case
For the Savior was displeased with them for what they did
And he let them know
That he'd bless these little people, each and every kid
And his love bestow
He said Suffer little children for to come unto me,
And forbid them not:
Because of such is the kingdom of our God stated he
And he smiled alot
Then He put His hands upon them, and their blessings He did give
To the children there
And He treated them with kindness so that they would live
Safe within His care
Then his followers did ask of him upon another day
Which of them was great
And He brought a little child and then to them did say
Before the time was late
“Except ye be converted and become just like a child
Ye shall not come in
To the kingdom of the Father” he did say so mild
The words were part of Him
Receive a child, receiveth me, and then the Father too
On others ye shall wait
Who would be first shall be the last and as a servant do
Be humble to be great
